By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview
ChatTap app provides access to artificial intelligence technologies (including but not limited to GPT-4, GPT-5, and Grok) for text, image, and vision-based interactions. The App is intended to assist users with information, creativity, and productivity tasks.

2. Eligibility
This App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Use of AI Services
The App connects to third-party AI APIs, including OpenAI and xAI, to generate responses. Responses generated by AI models may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. By using the App, you also agree to the respective terms and privacy policies of these providers:

Responses generated by AI models may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. The content provided is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

4. Service Availability and Limitations
We strive to maintain reliable service for all users; however:
Access to specific AI models (e.g., GPT-4, GPT-5, Grok) may vary based on your subscription plan, system load, or technical limits.
The App may temporarily be unavailable due to maintenance, overloading, or third-party service interruptions.
The App does not guarantee continuous availability, specific model selection, or unlimited access to AI responses.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice or liability.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple account settings.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
All subscriptions are auto-renewable and will automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple according to their policies.

6. Data and Privacy
We do not store or collect the content of your messages on our servers. Limited data (such as subscription status, usage logs, and token consumption) may be stored solely to ensure functionality and billing. Messages sent through the App are transmitted securely to OpenAI and xAI APIs for processing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or accuracy of the AI responses.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of ChatTap app shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to your use of the App or the AI services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or reputation.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the App.

10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
